Your Responsibilities:


  • Planning and controlling all processes and operational procedures for the opening projects with a focus on maximizing synergies (resource planning and internal process organization)
  • Developing strategic ideas and impulses for the conceptual development of the opening projects with a proactive customer orientation
  • Further development of visitor services with a focus on increasing visitor numbers, optimizing guest satisfaction, and increasing average revenue per visitor
  • Preparation and coordination of events in the areas of the opening projects in close cooperation with the event management team
  • Managing productspecific marketing with ongoing monitoring of competition and relevant market developments, as well as contributing to the market positioning and external representation of the visitor center and THF Tower
  • Creating and updating business plans, budget planning and management; operating according to economic principles
  • Planning, controlling, and monitoring ticketing processes (online and offline) for the opening projects
  • Developing the shop and establishing gastronomic offerings
  • Selecting and managing cooperation partners and service providers
  • Creating staff schedules and coordinating shifts.

Your Profile:

You have a degree in business administration, tourism, or a similar field


In addition, you possess:

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable institution or in the tourism industry
  • Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams is an advantage
  • Good business acumen
  • Methodical, motivated, and motivating work style
