Your Responsibilities:


  • Receiving customer inquiries, independently processing them or forwarding them to the appropriate teams
  • Gathering data for new customer inquiries and providing a brief company introduction
  • Assisting new customers during their first few months
  • Monitoring new and existing customers

Your Qualifications - competent and convincing:
Commercial education or professional experience in the commercial sector

Great enjoyment in communicating with customers through all channels, especially by phone

Willingness to acquire basic knowledge of the product portfolio
