Your Responsibilities:
- Receiving customer inquiries, independently processing them or forwarding them to the appropriate teams
- Gathering data for new customer inquiries and providing a brief company introduction
- Assisting new customers during their first few months
- Monitoring new and existing customers
Your Qualifications - competent and convincing:
Commercial education or professional experience in the commercial sector
Great enjoyment in communicating with customers through all channels, especially by phone
Willingness to acquire basic knowledge of the product portfolio
