Does that sound interesting to you? Then join our finance team as an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) in Höhr-Grenzhausen (near Koblenz) in full-time (40 hours per week).

The position is currently limited until December 31, 2023 due to a temporary replacement.

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you can expect:

  • Management of major customers
  • from invoice creation to booking of payments, clarification of discrepancies, and credit note creation
  • Close collaboration with the accounts receivable management team
  • Responsibility for account reconciliation (managing accounts and balances, monitoring open positions)
  • Continuous maintenance of the accounting system and related customer master data
  • Acting as an internal and external contact for all customerrelated inquiries

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. wholesale and foreign trade clerk, office management clerk, etc. or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, first experience in accounting as an accounts receivable accountant or in a similar position
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Navision)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package
