Join our team at the educational center located in
Lauda-Königshofen

We are currently looking for a dedicated
Trainer (m/f/d) for Housekeeping to join us as soon as possible in a part-time position (20 hours/week), with an unlimited contract.

The classification will be according to the in-house collective agreement in Group II (pedagogical specialist).

Your main responsibilities:

At our center, you will shape the training and further education as an experience, teach specific training content, and share your wealth of experience and expertise in a practical way.
You will be responsible for courses and keep track of learning progress, including during internships.
By participating in the preparation and implementation of (final) exams, you contribute to achieving the best possible results in your courses.
Additionally, you will support us in optimizing the training and further education processes, as well as in developing our portfolio of offerings (especially in creating concepts).

Your qualifications:

You have a degree as a housekeeping manager or a master's degree in housekeeping or a comparable qualification.
A rehabilitation pedagogical additional qualification (ReZa) is required. If this is not yet available, it can be obtained later (in this case, the classification will be in Group I, III. Section ADML).
Ideally, you already have pedagogical experience, preferably in guiding or training young people.
