We are looking for commercial employees (m/f/d) for a process service provider in the energy and housing industry.

The workplace is in Chemnitz.

For job placement and temporary employment.

Your tasks will include:


• Qualified and service-oriented handling of incoming customer inquiries - by phone and email


• Data management and maintenance in various systems


• Consultation on invoices/products/tariffs


• Creation of electricity or gas bills, processing of incoming meter readings, conducting moves in the system, and many other exciting topics

You bring with you:


• Handling numbers and using a mouse do not cause you to break out in a sweat


• You have some experience in customer service or are interested in gaining it


• We are particularly excited about your application if you already have knowledge of the energy industry, Microsoft Office skills, and ideally have experience with SAP IS-U


• You are communicative and have very good German language skills in spoken and written form


• You work well in a team and convince with your communication
