Responsibilities:

Be a helping hand:
You are the backbone of our Key Account department's back office.

Find the magic formula:
You handle daily inquiries and solve them independently.

Simplify complexity:
You monitor, optimize, and coordinate our existing processes.

Lend a hand:
You organize and optimize internal processes.

Set the pace:
You support the field sales team in preparation and follow-up and monitor their appointments.

Qualifications:

Know-how: Ideally, you have completed training in the insurance or banking sector and have at least 3 years of professional experience. You are proficient in using common MS Office applications.

Skills:
You are known for your service and customer-oriented approach, and you are motivated, communicative, and quality-conscious. Reliability and responsibility are not foreign words to you.

Personality:
You are friendly, helpful, and a team player - in short, someone who can be relied on.
