Your responsibilities include the following tasks:

Preparation of shipping documents for national and international trade
Reporting of intratrade statistics
Coordination of product assemblies
Writing and maintaining customer master data sheets and shipping instructions
Processing of order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices in the procurement department

Our requirements:

Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk, freight forwarder or similar
First professional experience in order processing is desirable but not mandatory
Affinity for numbers and complex relationships
Good written and spoken English skills
Independent, careful, and reliable work ethic
