We are looking for a motivated and dedicated service advisor for our car dealership in Payneway, AR.

The ideal candidate should have completed training as a car mechanic or have a comparable qualification, as well as extensive knowledge in the field of vehicle technology.


Responsibilities:
Being the main point of contact for customers regarding all questions and concerns related to vehicle repairs and maintenance

Accepting and processing workshop orders

Creating cost estimates and quotes

Coordinating and monitoring repair and maintenance work

Providing customer advice on products and services in the service and maintenance sector


Requirements:

Completed training as a car mechanic or comparable qualification

Experience in the field of vehicle technology and repair

Customer orientation and communication skills

Organizational talent and ability to prioritize

Good German language skills, both written and spoken

Class B driver's license
