The Central Service Administrator (CSA) is responsible for assisting Community Managers across an assigned Portfolio.

May be directly responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports, bookkeeping and accurate reporting of rents and deposits received.

This position could require regular visits to its assigned properties or might be filled as a fully remote position. This decision is based on the portfolio assigned and business needs.


Supervision Received:


Success monitored by Community Manager/r's based on reliability, excellence in customer service, high level of work performance, use of good judgment, ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism, and skill at interacting from a remote location with residents, vendors, and staff in a consistently courteous and professional manner.


Income Collection

  • Oversees all bank deposits of all receipts prior to bank close each day.
  • Ensures all rents are collected when due and posted per policy and procedure manual. Reports all deposits in a timely matter.
  • Completes the production of rent demand notices, monitors all evictions, utility cutoffs and landlord liens as required on delinquent rents and charges.

Resident Relations

  • Maintains positive customer service attitude.
  • Reviews property violation reporting and completes resident notices for delivery.
  • Inspects all related and necessary moveout documentation to complete security deposit dispositions.

Marketing

  • Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention.
  • Works with lease renewals each month, prepares for delivery all notices of rent increase.
  • Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends.

Administrative

  • Updates, organizes, and efiles all required reports daily.
  • Review and process all lease, movein and moveout paperwork.
  • Process all security deposit moveout reports.
  • Manage electronic service requests from residents, routing to maintenance and following up with resident upon completion of request.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the SVP/Central Service Manager.

Knowledge, Experience, Educational Requirements:


  • High school graduate and 1 plus year experience in onsite property management.
  • Assistant Manager experience onsite preferred.
  • Ability to perform intermediate level mathematical calculations.
  • Experience with computer programs including excel, word processing and CRM rental systems.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Must effectively convey ideas, images, and goals to a diverse group of personalities.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask
  • Punctual and reliable

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:


  • Remote


  • Schedule: Friday

  • Tuesday
  • Work performed primarily in an office setting. Daily walking and extended standing or sitting at the workstation. Moderate to low overtime required throughout the year.

Compensation and Benefits
- $30-$32/hour DOE
