Description

We are looking for a Head of Housekeeping (m/f/d) to start on or later in full-time or at least 75% part-time at our location in Marthaville, LA.

Your responsibilities:

Managing the cleaning and inhouse laundry, including coordinating external laundry services
Leading and training the team, including onboarding new employees
Managing materials within the department
Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations
Creating staff schedules and vacation plans
Analyzing processes to optimize workflow

Your profile:

Training as a cleaning specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent and several years of professional experience
Further education in housekeeping and hygiene is desirable
Experience in leading a team
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
Social competence in dealing with patients, residents, guests, employees, and customers
IT skills in standard programs
