Description
Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials, as well as running errands to support projects.

  • Maintain lighting systems by cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
  • Keep the grounds of the facility tidy through tasks like raking, sweeping, leaf blowing, or snow removal.
  • Patrol grounds, common areas, and parking facilities to identify and report maintenance hazards or property condition concerns.
  • Maintain the professional appearance of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas through housekeeping functions.
  • Conduct painting and drywall patching tasks as needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $13.79 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
