Are you up for the challenge in Cybersecurity Finance?

This is your opportunity:

As the Responsible Unit Controller, you will oversee financial control and target achievement for our global Siemens Cybersecurity Defense Team. You will work closely with the global Head of Unit, Head of Departments, and Service Owners in various countries such as Germany, Spain, Portugal, US, Mexico, and China.
Your responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, deviation analysis, and implementing corrective measures in alignment with the Head of Unit and Head of Finance.
You will also develop financial business cases for new services, including location strategy, labor and cost calculations, service pricing, and longterm development.
In addition, you will manage financial contracts and commercial projects for both internal and external customers, such as affiliates and carve outs.
You will guide and supervise finance and cybersecurity colleagues in different countries, helping to transform the organization from a "cost center thinking" to a "Service-P&L thinking" mindset. This includes introducing and supporting a service controlling system and toolset, as well as driving business understanding for time allocation and cost control.
You will continuously develop the tool landscape, including digitalization and visualization for management
