Description
Our client is a renowned supplier of plastic injection molded parts in the automotive industry. As part of a succession plan, we are looking for an experienced "Production Manager (m/f/d)" in Deer, AR.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and directing the entire production department, including both technical and disciplinary leadership of employees
  • Planning, monitoring, and optimizing production processes and workflows
  • Ensuring compliance with production and quality goals and smooth operation of all production facilities
  • Monitoring and planning maintenance measures for equipment and machinery
  • Implementation of Lean Management methods
  • Budget and investment planning
  • Employee management, including motivation, development, and involvement in personnel measures
  • Reporting of important production metrics
  • Monitoring and enforcing compliance with occupational safety, accident prevention, and environmental protection regulations

Qualifications:

  • Completed technical degree (e.g. plastics engineering, mechanical engineering) or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience
  • Several years of leadership experience in the automotive supply industry
  • Knowledge of Lean Management
  • Social competence, ability to relate to people, and assertiveness
  • Positive and motivating communication skills
