In the field of Therapeutically Supported Individual Living for drug-addicted individuals in Berlin-Reinickendorf, a social worker is sought as soon as possible.

The team of Supported Individual Living offers assistance to up to 40 people in the Reinickendorf district in their familiar environment (own apartment or other accommodation) with all practical matters of daily life (e.g. housing, authorities, finances, justice, health, addiction, and leisure). The individual support promotes existing resources and trains corresponding skills. Embedded in the outpatient addiction help center Drogenhilfe Nord with additional support services (counseling, outpatient therapy, psychosocial support for substitute patients, child and youth welfare), close and collegial cooperation takes place.
