Your responsibilities

Managing and leading the disciplinary and technical aspects of the projectwide DevOps and SRE team, in accordance with leadership principles, guidelines, and departmental strategy
Acting as the technical focal point for the DevOps/SRE area and responsible for the transfer of knowledge and skills across projects, as well as ensuring the technological and methodological training and development of team members
Managing resources for project deployment within established procedural frameworks
Identifying, building, and distributing strategically relevant expertise
Initiating efficiency measures in processes, methods, and technologies to reduce costs in the development department
Facilitating workshops, such as identifying strategic technological trends and deriving measures for futureproof technical and methodological innovations
Planning and coordinating the use of external service providers and partners
Contributing to the software development process

Your profile

Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, with relevant professional experience in software development or system administration
Extensive practical experience in programming, scripting, deployment, and software operation
Experience in managing and coordinating a team
Knowledge of project management, quality assurance, and requirements management
Proficiency in using modern management, planning, control, and IT tools
Strong communication and social skills, with an interest in leading, coaching, and training employees
Business acumen and identification with the company
Good English skills
