We are currently seeking a candidate for our headquarters in Holzkirchen (near Munich) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Application analysis of customer microdispensing needs
  • Individual application testing and solving of dosing problems
  • Communication with customers to resolve technical issues
  • Technical support for key account sales in acquiring major projects
  • Pre- and post-sales support for the sales team in responding to customer inquiries related to dosing applications
  • Creation of training materials and conducting product trainings for customers and partners
  • Preparation of test reports and service reports
  • On-site support for domestic and international customers, as well as at events and trade shows
