Since 2011, we have been a certified academy, delivering tailored training and consulting concepts in digital, analog, and virtual contexts on behalf of our clients. Our offerings range from hybrid "blended learning" concepts to live online and in-person trainings, as well as various formats in our avatar-based virtual learning and working environment (Gather Town).

In addition, we keep a close eye on the market and continuously develop innovative training and consulting concepts (e.g. building blended learning academies) for today's and tomorrow's digital workplace.


Your future responsibilities:


  • In coordination with our project coordinator and training team, you will independently organize blended learning projects and inperson trainings.
  • You will support our team in creating and revising editorial (learning) content, primarily in a digital context.
  • You will be responsible for managing our digital learning platform ) in project work.
  • You will create online surveys for evaluations and be responsible for reporting.
  • You will primarily work with checklists and be responsible for project documentation.
  • You will participate in internal workshops and networking events.
