    As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to provide administrative support to the office: schedule meetings, process mail, assist with correspondence, make copies, maintain standard department materials and manage distribution.

  • What it takes?

  • 3+ years of related administrative experience and/or training
  • Construction or Utility industry experience would be a plus
  • Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, be organized and prioritize work
