We are currently looking for a nursing director for our senior residence Ghersburg in Bad Aibling.


Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and management of the nursing team in the residential care setting
  • Responsibility for organizing and coordinating the nursing operations
  • Ensuring highquality nursing care for residents
  • Planning and implementing individual care concepts
  • Shift planning and personnel management

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing residential care
  • Education / degree in nursing and further training as a nursing director
  • Knowledge of personnel management and shift planning
  • Responsible and independent work ethic
  • Team player, flexible, leadership skills
  • Organizational talent and high level of social and acquisition skills
