To expand our team, we are currently seeking a Foreman (m/f/d) for maintenance cleaning and housekeeping at our care and support facility in 06110 Halle (Saale), starting as soon as possible. We offer a full-time position with 39 hours per week, working from Monday to Friday starting at 5:00 am.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the provision of contractually agreed facility management services, including documentation
  • Supporting your team with maintenance cleaning
  • Organizing and monitoring all operational processes, as well as ensuring the quality of services provided
  • Ensuring the costeffectiveness of your area monitoring hours and controlling cost development
  • Developing recommendations for process optimization, taking into account contract requirements
  • Creating and managing personnel and deployment schedules
  • Preparing work for payroll and salary accounting
  • Organizing and conducting training and instruction sessions
  • Participating in personnel selection and hiring processes

Your profile:

  • Qualified training in the field of building management or at least 3 years of professional experience in technical facility operations or building management preferred
  • First experience in a leadership role
  • Teamwork and empathy are among your strengths
  • High customer and solution orientation, as well as independent work style
  • Proficiency in MS Office
