Your responsibilities:

Expert handling of all incoming customer inquiries by phone and in writing
Personal support of customers through scheduled callback appointments until the final resolution of their concerns, as well as aftersales services to increase customer loyalty
Active consultation on products, prices, or tariffs, including making offers and processing orders
Independent handling of complaints and grievances
Operation of all functions of customerspecific IT systems

Your salary:
