Introduction:


We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the IT management, digitalization & processes department to support us in planning and implementing our IT infrastructure.

At Enwendo, our digital and automated processes are key to being able to support a large number of customers with high customer satisfaction in their renovation projects with a small team.

To maintain this, we are looking for support.


Your responsibilities:


  • Management of used (SaaS) applications in the company (e.g. Hubspot, GSuite, Easybill, Notion)
  • Documentation & conception of digital business processes
  • Development & implementation of automations for daily tasks
  • User training & support
  • Error analysis & troubleshooting

Your profile:


  • Degree in Business Informatics (B.Sc. / M.Sc.)
  • Ability to follow existing processes
  • Quick comprehension and high discipline
  • Good handling of pressure
  • Strong team player
  • Clean and errorfree written expression in German
  • Previous knowledge in energy consulting and energyefficient renovation is advantageous, but not necessary
