Position Overview

PNC is looking for a talented Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to join their team in Albuquerque, NM Market.

As a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker at PNC, you will provide cash flow solutions to businesses with annual sales from $1 million to $5 million. Your role involves fostering an inclusive workplace culture where employees feel respected and valued while contributing to the company's success.

Job Description

Manage client relationships in a book of business to drive sales growth and revenue.
Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
Identify and mitigate various types of risk to ensure quality and compliance.
Focus on client engagement by providing insights and customized solutions.
Build a network of internal and external relationships to acquire and retain clients.
Analyze and mitigate credit risk utilizing internal credit policies.

PNC Employees are expected to be customer-focused and skilled in managing risk to support the company's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
