Our client, GWG - Wohnungsgesellschaft Reutlingen mbH, is a modern, sustainable and environmentally conscious municipal housing company of the city of Reutlingen and the WGR-Wohnungsgenossenschaft Reutlingen eG.

With around 140 employees, the company plays a significant role in the development of innovative and ecological living space with contemporary housing concepts and infrastructure in Reutlingen.

The main purpose and object of the company is to ensure socially responsible housing supply for a broad section of the population within its municipal mandate.

GWG is one of the largest providers of living space in the region, with approximately people calling it their home.

In order to counteract the tense housing market in Reutlingen, GWG plans to create at least 1,400 new residential units by 2036 and increase the quota for publicly subsidized housing in new construction as well as in existing buildings.

To achieve these ambitious strategic goals, the company is looking for a member of the management board for overall commercial management.
