To strengthen our team at our location in Bruchsal (near Karlsruhe), we are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • As a Scrum Master, you will promote agile values and principles throughout the company
  • With your organizational skills, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating sprints, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • You will provide guidance to team members and ensure adherence to agile principles and processes
  • You will support the Product Owner in creating and prioritizing the product backlog
  • Your efforts to strengthen self-organization and accountability will contribute to the development of our team
  • Fostering an agile culture and mindset within the company is your passion

Your profile

  • Professional experience in agile methods (e.g. as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach or Product Owner), ideally with a background in software development
  • Further education in agile methods, ideally Scrum, and a willingness to continue
