The municipality of Halstenbek (approx. inhabitants) with the recreational area Krupunder See is located in a scenic setting on the outskirts of Hamburg. The highway and S-Bahn provide optimal transportation connections to the city center of Hamburg.

All general education schools with corresponding sports facilities as well as kindergartens under their own and external sponsorship are located in the area.

Two libraries and a youth center complete the offer. The open all-day schools "An der Bek" (primary and secondary school) and the "Wolfgang-Borchert
  • Gymnasium" of the municipality of Halstenbek, under their own sponsorship, are looking for you to participate in a voluntary program after school from approximately 12 4pm, which students (m/f/d) can sign up for.
