GULDE & PARTNER is a national and international patent and law firm with locations in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Greifswald, Halle, Beijing, and Yokohama.

Our international team of 80 patent and legal professionals protects the ideas of our clients and advises on all areas of intellectual property, particularly in patent, trademark, design, and copyright law.

We represent a variety of clients, from individual inventors to global companies, in obtaining and enforcing their intellectual property rights.

As we have been growing steadily for years, we are currently seeking a(n) to support our management team at our office in Berlin.


Responsibilities:

  • Corresponding with offices, courts, clients, and colleagues in German and English
  • Recording and monitoring deadlines
  • Preparing and filing patent applications and managing the proceedings

Qualifications:

  • Completed relevant education or relevant work experience in the IP field
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ideally familiar with the administrative software PatOrg
  • Independent and reliable work ethic
