We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time (minimum of 25 hours per week) EU Recruiter to join our internal team in the Harsewinkel, Oelde, Gütersloh, Warendorf, and Münster regions.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting EU professionals for our prestigious clients.

This position can primarily be done remotely, and we will discuss your preferences together.

Your responsibilities with us will include:

Selecting and implementing effective recruitment strategies
Creating job postings in both German and Polish
Active sourcing through our social media channels
Managing our professional selection process in the applicant management system from receiving applications to hiring the new employee (m/f/d)
Conducting telephone interviews in the respective native language (Polish, German, Romanian, Bulgarian, or Croatian)
Documenting and reporting

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Several years of experience in recruiting EU professionals (from Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, or Croatia) is mandatory
Good written and spoken German skills are mandatory
Fluent language skills in Polish or Romanian are mandatory
Knowledge of Bulgarian or Croatian is desirable
