We are currently seeking an Engineering Leader (m/f/d) to join our team at our Pleasant View location.

In this role, you will lead a team of 10 employees and oversee the organization and smooth implementation of investment projects, ranging from minor improvements to large-scale construction projects.

You will also be a member of the European Global Engineering Leadership Team, working on major international projects and shaping the future of our department.

WHAT WE EXPECT:
You should have a degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, production technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

You should also have at least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager (m/f/d) in the chemical or process industry, with PMP certification and/or an MBA being a plus.

Knowledge of project and risk management, as well as strong business acumen, are also important. You should be able to handle critical project
