Your responsibilities:


  • Ensuring the maintenance of buildings and associated technical facilities, including troubleshooting through internal and external services
  • Conceptualizing, planning, implementing, and monitoring construction and modernization measures for existing buildings
  • Initiating and monitoring necessary maintenance measures and inspections in accordance with economic and current legal requirements
  • Advancing computeraided maintenance processing and documentation
  • Supporting building operators in ensuring the operation of buildings and facilities and in creating an operator's manual
  • Providing technical leadership to three employees

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • Experience in project management
  • Several years of experience in building and technical facility maintenance
  • Knowledge of MS applications, AVA (Carlifornia), and SAP applications
  • Confident, friendly demeanor and strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent and goaloriented work style
