Responsibilities:

  • Planning, preparation and responsible handling of HVAC projects, ventilation trade
  • Technical leadership of employees in the project team
  • Creation of work and installation planning as well as technical calculations and designs
  • Contact and negotiation partner for clients, authorities and planning participants
  • Selection and commissioning of subcontractors
  • Support of cost estimation in the bidding process
  • Negotiations with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Scheduling and cost/profit planning

Our expectations:

  • Completed engineering degree, bachelor's, technician, master or comparable education in the field of HVAC/ventilation
  • Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position in the handling of HVAC projects in the ventilation trade
  • Excellent project management experience and good knowledge of contract law
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Willingness to travel nationwide (major projects), 1-2 times a week
  • Independent, dedicated and conscientious work ethic
  • Teamwork, strong negotiation skills and confident demeanor
