To strengthen our workshop team in Heidenheim, we are looking for the following position as soon as possible:

Automotive Mechatronics Technician - Commercial Vehicles (m/f/d)

The Heidenheimer Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH (HVG), headquartered in Heidenheim, operates public transportation with the Heidenheim and Giengen city lines as well as 6 regional lines, employing around 80 people.

The company is majority-owned by the Heidenheim district and 49% owned by the internationally operating Transdev Group.

What you can do - your tasks with us:
You perform maintenance and repair work on all types of buses (MAN, Mercedes, Solaris).
You test the functionality of engines, transmissions, and brakes.
You diagnose the condition of engines, chassis, bodies, and brakes.
You work with current testing programs.
You install electrical components.
You repair heaters (auxiliary heaters), lights, and air conditioning systems.
You perform inspections according to manufacturer guidelines.

You have completed training as an automotive mechanic / electrician / mechatronics technician or similar.
You have relevant professional experience and experience in maintaining vehicles and their mechanical / electrical components, ideally buses.
You have a high level of commitment, flexibility, and sense of responsibility and work independently.
You preferably have a class C or D driver's
