Your responsibilities
Caring for, educating, and nurturing children
Promoting the development and education of the children in their entirety, according to their individual needs
Building a trusting partnership between parents and educators (m/f/d)
Planning and organizing the pedagogical daily routine
Providing holistic support for each individual child
Your qualifications
Qualification as an educator (m/f/d) or comparable professional experience as a daycare provider (m/f/d) / child care worker (m/f/d)
Personal and professional qualifications for the education and support of our children
Enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, professional distance, and a sense of responsibility
