    About the Role
    The Benefit Operations Manager plays a pivotal role as a customer-focused problem solver, managing their portfolio.
    Responsibilities
    Leading client calls, maintain open issues logs, manage client expectations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    Directing the work of aligned analysts, providing day-to-day client support, complex processing, data issue resolution, audits, report generation.
    Maintaining accurate benefits documentation, including Process Requirements, Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), and task assignments.
    Managing daily operations, open enrollment, and ACA processes.
    Anticipating and managing client escalations, complaints, and corrective actions to closure within agreed deadline.
    Ensuring adherence to internal and external audit requirements.
    Serving as an expert in Workday/Health and Welfare Benefit Administration.
    Developing and deliver ongoing training to support new operations processes.
    Identifying potential process improvements, contribute to Change Requests, and ensure compliance by the team.
    Providing constructive feedback to colleagues, fostering performance improvement and contributing to broader team goals.
    Requirements
    5 years of experience in Health and Welfare Benefits administration in a high-volume environment.
    Experience with outsourcing systems and application platforms, i.e. Workday.
    Experience with management/consulting experience with a focus on understanding client requirements and driving best-practice solutions
    Possess problem-solving skills.
    Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative, virtual environment.
    Prioritise to manage tight deadlines, multiple tasks, and competing priorities.
    Recognize, identify, and close gaps in processes and procedures.
    Collaborate in Microsoft applications, including Excel.
    Experience with Workday, ADP, Bswift, or other benefits administration systems.
    Possess a Bachelor in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.

    Salary Pay Range

    Minimum :

    55,800 USD Maximum :
    88,500 USD
