- Support with the preparation and review of quarterly and year-end income tax provisions under ASC 740, including current and deferred tax provisions for multiple legal entities, federal and state ETR, income tax payable roll-forward, tax accounts reconciliations, FIN 48, footnote disclosures, journal entries, and requests from external auditors.
- Assist with special projects such as due diligence and M&A transactions.
- Conduct technical tax research for tax compliance, provision, and ad hoc research projects.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting/tax, Master's degree preferred.
- At least two (2) years of tax experience in a national CPA firm position or a corporate tax department.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting for income taxes under ASC 740 is essential.
- Proficient in advanced Excel skills.

The position allows for 80% remote work for candidates in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, with just 1 day in the office per week. The company is open to fully remote work arrangements during certain circumstances.
