Description

Our client is a charitable family/business foundation based in the Nuremberg area, dedicated to promoting disadvantaged children and adolescents in difficult social situations.

To plan and manage all national and international projects, our client is looking for a Foundation Director (m/w/d).

Key Responsibilities

Management and leadership of all operational areas of the foundation, including project generation and management, fundraising and donor management, as well as basic business processes in coordination with the foundation board
Initiation and evaluation, planning, selection and implementation, as well as presentation of new projects or project partners in the field of 'children and adolescents'
Supervision of ongoing projects and respective project partners
Networking with potential donors and donation targets
Developing and implementing target group-specific measures to attract donors, including offline, online and social media communication, as well as management of external service providers, agencies, etc.
Building and maintaining trusting relationships with existing donors
Event management
Representation of the foundation in specialized networks and industry events
Occasional travel for project visits, information, fundraising and charity events
