As we continue to grow, we are expanding into new areas and are looking for a *Customer Advisor* for 1st level support at our location in Osnabrück/Hagen a.

T. W. With your expertise, you will make a significant impact and give our brand an authentic voice. Our goal is to develop innovative apps for the healthcare industry that will drive us all forward.


Responsibilities / Main Tasks

  • Providing support to our clients for our KOS app
  • Receiving and processing customer inquiries
  • Creating and maintaining tickets
  • Designing templates
  • Creating documentation, manuals, and guides (e.g. videos)
  • Participating in team meetings
  • Formulating suggestions for improving our products and internal processes


After a thorough training period, you will have excellent opportunities for advancement: you will lead online training sessions independently and eventually take on your own projects and successfully implement them.


Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Affinity for IT and mobile devices is a plus
  • Quick learner with a curiosity for new and innovative topics and fields
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with clients
  • Strong spelling and grammar skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams
  • High social competence and
