Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for conducting safe and timely shunting operations within and outside the factory premises
  • You will operate various dieselpowered vehicles, some with remote control
  • You will ensure proper preparation of train journeys and perform technical final services on the locomotives used
  • You will independently handle shunting services in the Industriepark Höchst and perform brake tests and wagon inspections
Profile

  • You have completed training as a railway operator, auxiliary vehicle driver, dualmode excavator driver, or rail vehicle locksmith (m/f/d)
  • You possess a VDV Class 1 railway vehicle driver's license, according to the Railway Vehicle Driver's License Ordinance (TfV) Class A, or have passed the partial examination as a wagon inspector G / brake test authorized G
  • You ideally have knowledge in the areas of dieselhydraulic combustion locomotives and dangerous goods according to RID or GGVSEB
  • You have a high level of safety and responsibility awareness
  • You are willing to work in shifts
