Duties:


  • You will provide authoritative information and advice to the F35 Lightening II Joint Program leadership team on the worthiness of major IT decisions and investments to support strategic planning on a continuing basis.
  • You will lead analyses of advanced technologies/design concepts/products to assess potential to meet current/projected JSF operational requirements.
  • You will direct technical analyses to weigh potential performance enhancements against resource constraints and risk factors.
  • You will annually update the JSF Program IT Strategic Plan in support of stated JSF goals.
  • You will develop methodologies to provide program leadership with comprehensive JSF IT systems forecasts.
  • You will support the leadership team in documenting/presenting/justifying IT budgets and specific capital planning initiatives to the Navy, Air Force and Marines.

  • This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code IT Specialist proficiency level advanced the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications:
