We are looking for a caregiver for our Caritas Hospice Xenia starting on August 1, 2024.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for holistic care according to our care philosophy
  • You will provide individual care based on the residents' needs
  • You will maintain complete and accurate documentation of care

Your profile:

  • You have completed training as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing care professional, with additional training in palliative care
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in a residential care facility and knowledge in acute care, oncology, or palliative medicine
  • You are reliable and detail-oriented
  • You enjoy working in a team and are flexible
  • You have empathy for the needs of the residents
