We are currently looking for a Vorarbeiter:in Gebäudereinigung (w/m/d) for DB Services GmbH at our location in Rostock, starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:

  • You ensure hygiene and cleanliness to make our customers feel comfortable and are responsible for receiving the updated work order at the start of the shift and implementing it in your team.
  • Together with your team, you use highquality cleaning products to bring our customers' buildings, office complexes, and outdoor areas to a shine.
  • Your tasks include cleaning sanitary facilities, as well as glass cleaning and quality control of entrance, intermediate, and final inspections.
  • You are a visible and approachable cleaning professional for our customers on site.
  • You report necessary measures for quality assurance to your supervisor.
  • You hand over and secure cleaning equipment and materials.

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have successfully completed training as a Gebäudereiniger:in, Glasreiniger:in OR have several years of experience as a cleaning staff.
  • Alternatively, you have gained first experience as a manager in a service company (e.g.
