In the position of Team Leader for KLARNA, you will be responsible for building, leading, planning, managing, and organizing a team.

Your tasks:


  • Creating an inspiring team environment with open communication culture
  • Regular coaching, development, and motivation of employees
  • Providing detailed performance feedback, both as a team and in onetoone sessions

  • Monitoring daytoday operations
