Your responsibilities as a Recruiter:

From entrylevel to leadership positions, you are responsible for filling various roles and driving enerix's growth
You are responsible for endtoend recruiting from job postings to onboarding, you rock our recruiting and HR processes
You know the right tricks to find exciting talent through active sourcing and fill your pipeline with them
You love interviewing candidates, getting them excited about the franchise headquarters and franchise businesses, and personally guiding them through the entire application process
You enjoy trying out new channels for your job postings and evaluating their success based on appropriate KPIs
