**The Meyer & Kratzsch Nursing Service is an innovative, medium-sized company specializing in outpatient care for mental illnesses. For 28 years, we have been providing care to over 1000 clients in 8 districts of Berlin and currently employ around 750 staff members.

We support our care recipients through a service-oriented, holistic, and outpatient care approach, helping them to live independently in their own homes or in shared living communities.

We are currently seeking a:

Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)
in full-time or part-time for our office team in Schöneberg.

Your responsibilities:

Digital management of tour planning for care in our shared living communities for people with dementia
Point of contact for the nursing management, colleagues, and clients
Data entry, preparation of information in Excel and Word, and our industry software
Preparation of billing
General office tasks (telephone service, incoming mail processing, administration, correspondence, archiving, etc.)

Your profile:

Completed training as a healthcare clerk, office clerk, or similar qualification
Excellent computer skills
Ideally, experience in an inhome nursing setting
