Your future responsibilities:


  • You will support the management and branch management in all administrative areas in a planned and organized manner and be the "good soul" in the office.
  • You ensure smooth daily operations and monitor deadlines and appointments, as well as create lists and protocols.
  • You handle correspondence and manage and maintain master data.
  • You support the onboarding of new colleagues and handle travel and hotel bookings.

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a personnel services clerk (m/f/d) or similar, and first professional experience.
  • Good knowledge of current MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the Zvoove application (Landwehr L1) is desirable.
  • You have a certain social media affinity and are a communication talent.
  • Your ideas inspire others and you can win people over.
  • You are characterized by strong organizational skills, initiative, and team spirit.
