For the Chain Account Executive (M/F/d) role in Iona, ID, the successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the corporate hotel program (ensuring bookability and compliance, increasing corporate business) and analyzing and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for key hotel chain partners in the region.

As the Chain Account Executive, you will work closely with hotel chain partners to plan, implement, and execute strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.

This position serves as a crucial link between the needs of our corporate clients and our hotel chain partners. You will collaborate with the enterprise and procurement departments to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with our key hotel chain partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of hotel chain partner development in the region
  • Recommend platform products to hotel chain partners based on their specific needs
  • Describe and highlight the benefits and uses of platform products to hotel chain partners
  • Maintain a strong understanding of HRS Group's various tech products and services
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with hotel chain partners to drive sales
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to demonstrate how platform products can help hotel chain partners achieve their goals
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales in CRM

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in a relevant solution selling role, with a background in business studies/degrees preferred
  • A commerciallydriven individual
