Your future responsibilities:

Independent handling of mainly operational and organizational tasks in Client Service Support, including:

  • Planning, controlling, monitoring, and acceptance of measures (cleaning, disposal, security)
  • Retrieval of services from existing contracts and systembased recording (order/purchase)
  • Timely processing of orders, creation of purchase orders, and processing of incoming invoices, taking into account discounts, timeliness, and quality of master data
  • If necessary, obtaining quotes for special projects, creating price comparisons
  • Processing of complaint reports and complaints
  • Participation in projects
  • Performing tasks (including training) at other locations, different from the place of business

Your profile:


  • Completed university degree or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. business administrator) and several years of relevant work experience
