For our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Oakland, OR, we are currently looking for a full-time or part-time administrative assistant:

Job Description:

  • Support the department assistant in various administrative and clerical tasks
  • Assist with conference organization, visitor management, and billing
  • Assist with content and maintenance of internal communication platforms
  • Support the organizational process for onboarding new team members
  • Serve as a substitute for organizational and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Commercial training or similar background required
  • Previous experience in office management, commercial administration, and/or assistant roles preferred
  • Teamoriented and proactive, with good communication skills
  • Structured and independent work style, with strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Quick learner and adaptable
  • Proficient in Office 365, MS Office
  • Computer savvy and open to using various IT tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and good English skills
