The Challenges

Consulting and conceptualization of solutions based on various CRM projects
Process consulting based on CRM best practices
Solution presentation to clients
Participation in scoping and optimization workshops
Testing, rollout, documentation, and user training for CRM solutions
Possible and desirable assumption of results and (partial) project responsibility

Your Qualifications

Successfully completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable education
Experience in consulting and conceptualization
Professional and consulting experience in the field of CRM (marketing, sales, and service)
Project management skills
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Service Cloud) are available
Analytical, holistic, and solution-oriented thinking
Good understanding of business
