IT Support Employee (m/f/d)

Full-time, permanent position, Bochum

JOB DESCRIPTION

g.a.s.t. in Bochum is currently looking for an IT support employee to join our team as soon as possible. The position is initially limited to two years.

YOUR TASKS

You support users in application support by analyzing error patterns via phone, ticket system, or in person
You diagnose and resolve technical issues within the scope of application support
You ensure that IT inquiries are answered promptly and solutions are provided
You create and update instructions and documentation for problem solutions
You test new software and software versions and support the IT team in software tests as part of g.a.s.t.'s sprint developments
You work together with developers and administrators to identify and solve IT problems
You conduct user trainings

YOUR PROFILE

Completed IT education, ideally as an IT specialist or IT system management specialist - career changers with experience in IT support are also welcome
Practical experience in IT support for users (remote/on-site) and handling of a ticket system
